Today, the Community of Tibetans in Exile counts over 150.000 people mainly located in India but also in Asia, USA and Europe. In India there are 55 Settlements and the one that AREF International Onlus has been supporting since 2003, hosts over 16.000 people among monks and civilians.

The funds gathered through your Solidarity Clicks (totally FREE for you with no registration, no fees, etc.) are destined to a project for the OLD AND INFIRM PEOPLE’S HOME (OIPH) that hosts more than 100 elderly, last witnesses of a Free Tibet, before the occupation. The OIPH is located in the Doeguling Tibetan Settlement (DTS) of Mundgod, Southern India,

The “SPACE OF MEMORIES” (Spazio delle Memorie) will be a real place where the old Tibetans will depose their memories as images, videos, ceremony costumes, testimonies, fairy tales for kids, and at the same time, receive treatments, motor and cognitive rehabilitation, psychological support.

Also this year UniCredit Banca, will distribute € 200.000,00 to a selected group of NGOs according to the number of votes/click received form you.
